It's the stack the farm runs on, the very same stack that Andrew runs every single day. Lion's Mane is the daytime bottle, for memory, mood, and focus through the day. Reishi is the nighttime bottle, for stress, sleep, and quality of rest. This covers both ends of your day, the start and the end. One serving of each is 1 ml, held under the tongue about sixty seconds, or put straight into a drink. Put the Lion's Mane by your coffee pot, or wherever you go every single day. The Reishi is best kept under the pillow.

Wildcrafted growing

Before we extract anything, it has to be grown the proper way.

Wildcrafted covers two ways of getting a mushroom, and we use both. Some we grow ourselves, outdoors on the farm in New Smyrna, under real weather and real seasons instead of a controlled room. That one has a name: wild-simulated. The rest is wild-foraged, which means it came up on its own in the Michigan woods and our partner up there, who we know by name, found it and picked it. Either way it fruits from wood rather than in soil, the way these mushrooms have always done it.

Growing mushrooms outdoors in Florida heat is not the easy way, and we are the only mushroom farm in the state doing it. So your Lion's Mane grows here in Florida. Your Chaga and Turkey Tail are foraged in Michigan. Reishi is both at once: half from those same Michigan woods, half grown here from a wild Florida strain.

The whole job is getting what's inside the mushroom into your dropper.

Mushrooms hold their good stuff tight, so every bottle starts as whole fruiting bodies going through a triple-fraction, multi-phase extraction: a high-pressure hot-water fraction for the tough material, cooler fractions that protect the delicate compounds heat would ruin, and ultrasound running through it in pure water, raising how much of the mushroom ends up dissolved, stable, and usable in your dropper. No alcohol at any point, no solvents, nothing harsh to push through.

Nano-encapsulation

An extract only works if your body can absorb it.

So after extraction, we finish every bottle with nano-encapsulation, wrapping the compounds so more of the mushroom reaches you. It's also what makes a serving easy to live with: sixty seconds under the tongue, no alcohol burn, a little sweet and a little tart from the glycerin and apple cider vinegar. Strong extract, easy habit.

Why a liquid

It is a liquid because the habit is the whole thing.

A powder is the dried mushroom, ground up, with most of its compounds still locked inside tough cell walls. An extract has done that work already. One is raw material, the other is ready to use.

So a dropper takes a few seconds. One millilitre under your tongue, or straight into a cold drink, and you are done. Nothing to scoop, nothing to stir into a lump at the bottom of a glass.

You are taking it in water, never alcohol, so there is nothing to brace against. The glycerin it is extracted into makes it a little sweet and the apple cider vinegar makes it a little sharp. It tastes like something made from a mushroom, which is what it is.

Lion's Mane is the white shaggy one, and like every mushroom we sell it grows on wood. Almost everything we have read about it is about the mind: memory, focus, mood. It has been studied in people, and it is still being studied.

This bottle starts from fresh fruiting bodies, never dried. We pick it here and it goes in whole, which is the one thing you can do when the growing and the extracting happen in the same place.

It is cryo-extracted, a step we added because a fresh mushroom is worth the trouble of protecting. Take it in the morning, and keep taking it. That part matters more than anything we can tell you about it.

Reishi is the hard, glossy, reddish one, and it grows on wood like a shelf rather than in soil. In Japan and China it carries names that translate to things like the mushroom of longevity, which tells you how it was thought about there. What we read about it now is mostly about the evening side of things: winding down, sleeping through, handling a stressful week without carrying it to bed.

Ours comes from two places and both are wildcrafted. Half of it we grow here from a wild Florida strain. The other half our partner in Michigan finds growing wild in the woods up there.

It goes through the same alcohol-free ultrasound extraction as everything we make, then it is nano-encapsulated, so a serving is about sixty seconds under the tongue with nothing to brace against. Take it at night. Give it a few weeks before you decide.

Turkey Tail is the one you have probably walked past. It grows in bands of brown and tan on fallen wood, all over North American forests, and it looks exactly like its name. It has been studied a great deal, and most of that work is about the immune system.

Ours is wild-foraged. Our partner in Michigan finds it growing on wood in the forests up there, the same person who finds our Chaga.

A lot of what your immune system does happens in your gut, which is why one bottle ends up working on both. It is nano-encapsulated, so it goes straight into water, juice or a shake without any fuss. Mornings, and keep at it.

Defense you can't farm.

Chaga supports antioxidant defense at the cellular level, and its beta-glucans support gut and immune health. One dropper in a morning drink, a little sweet from the glycerin, nothing to fight through. It only comes from the wild: ours is picked off birch trees by our partner in Michigan.

Chaga does not look like a mushroom. It looks like a dark burnt lump on the side of a birch tree, and that is exactly what you are looking for. It grows slowly, over years, taking what it takes from the tree. What we read about it is mostly about antioxidants and about the gut.

You cannot farm this one the way you farm Lion's Mane. It has to be found on a living birch, and ours is cut by the same partner in Michigan who finds our Turkey Tail.

It goes through the same water extraction, no alcohol, then nano-encapsulation. In a morning drink it is a little sweet from the glycerin. One thing worth saying plainly: Chaga is high in oxalic acid, so it is not one to share with your dog. Turkey Tail and Reishi are the ones for pets.

What if I want to try one bottle first?

Start with a 1 oz. It's 30 servings, about a month at one a day. Three orders is the minimum, and after your third one you can cancel from your account. A single 1 oz shows its shipping at checkout; a 2 oz, or a second bottle, ships free. And if you'd rather not start a schedule at all, the booth is there every week, and the regular shop sells single bottles.

How much are these?

How do I take it?

One serving is 1 ml, one full dropper. Lion's Mane and Reishi go under the tongue for about sixty seconds. Turkey Tail, Chaga, and Trifecta go straight into water, juice, or a shake. If a drink is what gets it into your routine, take them all that way. Keep Lion's Mane out of anything hot.

What does it taste like?

A little sweet from the glycerin, a light tartness from the apple cider vinegar, and very mild bitter notes from the mushroom. In a drink, most people tell us they don't notice it.

Do you grow these yourselves?

The Lion's Mane, yes, on our farm in New Smyrna, and half the Reishi from a wild Florida strain. Chaga, Turkey Tail, and the other half of the Reishi come from our partner wildcrafters in Michigan.

Are you always at the market?

Can I give these to my pets?

For dogs and cats, Turkey Tail and Reishi are the two we point people to. We never recommend Chaga for dogs: it's high in oxalic acid. Bring your questions about your animal to the table and we'll talk it through.

How long until I notice anything?

With Lion's Mane and Reishi you may notice something the same day. Many people do. The effects build with steady daily use, which is the whole point of having it show up at your door before you run out.
