Blue Oyster mushrooms bring blue-grey caps in thick clusters and a balanced, meaty texture. Deep, savory flavor, and about five minutes in a hot pan is all it needs.
Our farm grows these mushrooms using only organic practices, on natural substrates, in New Smyrna, Florida. We partner with local farms to compost our waste products, closing the loop on sustainability.

Pre-order must be placed by 12 noon the day of the market you are picking up at.
