To maintain the highest quality for Powdered Lion's Mane, we dry at low temperatures and powder in small pulse batches to prevent heating during the grinding process.
This is not a Lion's Mane extract powder, this is 100% pure Lion's Mane in its whole form.
There are no fillers, binders or solvent residues.
No Material or compounds have been removed from Lion's Mane to craft this powder.

Fresh Lion's Mane, like all mushrooms contain a high water content, this is the cause of mushrooms normally spongy texture. The ebst way to cook Lion's Mane Mushrooms is to cook them in a pan without any oils. Just Make sure the pan is well seasoned. This is called dry-frying mushrooms and is a simple trick to make meaty vegan dishes or just more delicious mushroom meals! Once you have developed a light sear and the Lion's Mane has reduced in size, give it a firm press to squeeze out remaining moisture. How to Store Lion's Mane Mushrooms
Are you wondering "how to store Lion's Mane" to ensure it remains fresh and delicious for as long as possible? Or perhaps you've been pondering, "how long does Lion's Mane last in the fridge?" Worry no more. With a few simple steps, you can maximize the Lion's Mane shelf life while preserving its unique flavor and texture.
The key to prolonging the life of Lion's Mane mushrooms lies in how you store them. Like all mushrooms, Lion's Mane thrives best when stored in a brown paper bag. This method prevents excessive moisture accumulation, which could lead to pathogen growth and premature spoilage. If you've bought your Lion's Mane from the store, it's essential to remove it from the plastic packaging promptly and transfer it to a paper bag.
Once packaged correctly, your Lion's Mane mushrooms need to be stored in a consistently cold environment. The bottom crisper drawers of your fridge are the perfect spot, as they minimize temperature fluctuations that could otherwise occur when accessing the fridge. With these ideal storage conditions, your Lion's Mane can have a remarkably long shelf-life, lasting up to 2+ weeks!
But how do you know if your Lion's Mane is still good to use? Well, don't be alarmed if you notice some yellowing on the fur or 'teeth' of your Lion's Mane. This is not a sign that the mushroom has spoiled. Instead, it's an indication that the Lion's Mane is losing moisture content. However, any Lion's Mane that feels wet, soggy, or has an odd color should be discarded immediately to ensure your safety.
Now that you know "how to store Lion's Mane," and "how long does Lion's Mane last in the fridge," you can enjoy the unique flavor and nutritional benefits of this incredible mushroom for longer. Remember, proper storage is key to maximizing Lion's Mane shelf life and preserving its delightful culinary attributes.

HOW DO I COOK LION'S MANE
I recommend to always cook Lion's Mane or any mushroom by cooking it in a cast-iron or stainless steel pan. Make sure that the pan is well seasoned, but not yet oiled. Turn on the heat to Medium-High, and allow the pan to heat. Cut your Fresh Lions Mane Mushroom into steak-like fillets. Add in the lions mane to the pan, allowing it to cook for about 10 mins. Sear both sides by cooking each side for about 6 mins then press them. Once both sides are seared, its time to add oil and seasonings. Cook for an additional 2-5 mins then its ready! My personal favorite is to cook lions mane with rosemary and coconut aminos!
