Turkey Tail Triple Extract
Feed your gut. Support your immune system.
What makes this different
- Whole fruiting bodies, North American wild-foraged mushrooms from wildcrafters we partner with in Oregon.
- No grain filler, no mycelium grown on grain and dried into powder. You get mushroom, not oatmeal.
- No alcohol, solvent-free, triple-fraction extraction.
- Sold face to face at Central Florida farmers markets every week. You can shake the hand that made it.
A lot of the generic mushroom powders in tubs are mostly the grain the mycelium grew on. This is the whole mushroom, extracted.

What this actually is
The whole mushroom, extracted.
An extract is the whole mushroom, concentrated down into a liquid you take by the milliliter. Depending on which one you take, it supports your focus, your calm, your gut, or your immune system. We skip the alcohol most brands use, because alcohol tastes bad and makes an extract hard to take every day. We found a better, broad-spectrum, solvent-free way to make it instead.
What does "Triple Extract" mean?
The name is literal. Every bottle comes from a triple-fraction, multi-phase exhaustive extraction of whole fruiting bodies, including a high-pressure hot-water fraction and cooler, temperature-sensitive fractions that protect the delicate compounds heat would damage. No alcohol at any point, no solvents. A standard tincture leans on alcohol; ours uses none, which is why the flavor is mild enough to hold under your tongue.
What it does
Feed your gut. Empower your immune system.
Support your daily endurance.
How to take it
Three easy ways
Shake well, then stir 1ml into a glass of cold water or any drink you like. That's how we'd suggest taking this one.
Under your tongue works too, if you prefer it that way.
Or work it into a light meal. Fruit especially. That works, though I'd point you to a drink first.
The flavor surprises people. It's sweet and silky, an apple flavor with a mild tartness, no more sour than a piece of fruit you'd actually enjoy eating. Turkey Tail carries a rich forest floor flavor on top of that, nothing like the harsh alcohol tinctures that make people quit taking extracts. That's why we went looking for a better way to make it. When we moved away from alcohol, the flavor got better, and honestly, so did the way it made us feel.
From our farm in Florida
The Turkey Tail in this bottle is wild-foraged in Oregon, then extracted on our farm in Florida.
We partner with trusted wildcrafters in Oregon, then bring the Turkey Tail home to our farm to extract it ourselves. No middleman touches the finished product.
Who made this? Andrew Johnson, Florida Shroom King. He sources the Turkey Tail himself, makes this extract, and hands it to people at the market. Meet the farmer
Built to absorb
An extract only works if your body can absorb it
Mushroom compounds are hard for your body to take up, and most products stop once the extraction is done. We kept engineering past that point. Three things in this bottle work on absorption itself.
- Nanoemulsification
- Nanoencapsulation
- Fast-absorbing liquid
Every step, from the extraction to the dose in your glass, is there so your body can use what's in the bottle.
Extract or powder
An extract and a powder are two different things
Both get sold as mushroom supplements, so the difference is easy to miss. Here is what separates them, plainly.
| Compared on | Turkey Tail Triple ExtractWhat you get here | Generic mushroom powdersThe category |
|---|---|---|
| What is in it | Whole fruiting bodies. The mushroom itself. | Often mostly the grain the mycelium grew on. |
| Extracted or ground | A triple-fraction, ultrasound extraction. No alcohol, solvent free, pure water base. | Ground into a powder. |
| How you take it | 1ml, under your tongue or stirred into cold water. Nanoencapsulated. | A scoop mixed into a drink or into food. |
And you can find the person who made it. We source it, we extract it, and we hand it to you at four Central Florida farmers markets every single week. Quality from fruit to finished product.
What's inside
A short list, and a reason for each one
Here is what each one is, and the job it does in the bottle.
Supplement Facts
Extract (Wild Fruiting Body) 1887mg†
† Daily Value not established
OTHER INGREDIENTS Glycerin, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Distilled Water, Sunflower Lecithin.
Glycerin
Vegetable glycerin. The base everything else lives in, the reason this is alcohol free, and the only preservative in the formula. It is mildly sweet, which takes the edge off holding it under your tongue.
Turkey Tail
Whole fruiting bodies, wild-foraged by our trusted partners in Oregon and extracted here on our farm. 1887mg of it in every 1ml serving.
Apple cider vinegar
A small amount, for flavor. It softens the taste so the extract is easy to take.
Sunflower lecithin
This is the ingredient behind the nanoencapsulation. Paired with the glycerin, it is what carries the extract in a form your body can take up. It comes from sunflowers, not soy.
One serving is 1ml. The 1 oz bottle holds 30 servings and the 2 oz holds 60.
What to expect
The first day, the first weeks, and the long run
Everyone at the booth asks the same thing first. How fast will I feel it? Here is the honest answer, in the order it usually happens.
The first days
A quiet one, on purpose
Turkey Tail is not a product you feel come on. It works on your gut and your immune system rather than on how your afternoon goes, so the first few days are uneventful. That is the honest answer and it is the right expectation to start with.
The first weeks
Consistency is the whole mechanism
Take it daily. Two to four weeks is the window I ask people to give it before they judge it, and with a quiet one that ask matters more, not less. There is no dose you can take today that makes up for the ones you skipped.
The long run
It stacks
This is a long-game mushroom. It builds with regular use and stacks over time, and the people who get the most out of it are the ones who stopped thinking about it and just kept taking it.
Which makes the next part the important part. Not the timeline. The habit.
A daily routine, not a one-off
Take it every day and notice over time
This is a real extract from a real farm that you take every day and notice over time. Take it daily, stay consistent, and it helps your body adapt. That's the whole idea.
- Either grown on our farm or wild-foraged by partners we trust, and always extracted by us.
- Whole fruiting bodies.
- No alcohol, solvent-free.
- Mycelium grown on grain.
- Fillers, cheap binders, or a vague “proprietary blend.”
- A claim we can't back up.
Purchase options
Never run out.
Most people don't take one mushroom once. They build a routine. Set it to arrive on a schedule so you never run out mid-routine. It's forget-proofing, not a discount gimmick.

Why do people reach for Turkey Tail for immune support?
It is one of the most researched mushrooms for immune support, and it works by balancing rather than overpowering. That is the part people miss. The goal is a steady immune system, not a cranked-up one, and Turkey Tail supports your gut along the way.
Chaga is technically not a mushroom; it is a sterile conk on birch trees.

Not sure this is your one?
At the booth I usually ask how you sleep first, because when sleep is right, a lot of other things fall into place. That question sends most people to Reishi. Lion's Mane gets all the hype, and it's genuinely good, but the better fit for you might be one of the others. Not sure? Take the quiz.
