  • Locally Grown Blue Oyster

    BLUE OYSTER

Blue Oyster mushrooms have the most balanced aspects of any other mushrooms, being a great choice for swapping with meat for vegan cooking, or replacing regular store bought mushrooms. I refer to blue oysters as the swiss-army knife of the mushrooms due to its versatility. Blue oyster has a balanced meaty texture and rich but not over powering umami

  • Gold Oyster Mushroom

    GOLD OYSTER

Gold oyster have a more nutty flavor than other oysters, often referred to as cashew-like. Gold Oyster are more delicate and should be used as soon as possible due to their shorter shelf-life. They do best roasted and crisp easy. If you love crispy shrooms, this is the mushroom for you!

  • Italian Brown Oyster Mushroom

    ITALIAN BROWNS

Italian Browns would have to be my personal favorite Oyster Mushrooms, rich savory, gravy like umami, and a delicate tender texture. Italian browns do great in any soup, stew, sautéed or roasted, any dish seeking great flavor.
