Q: What shipping carriers do you use for delivering orders?
A: We ship our products via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We work with these reliable carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and safe manner.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after they have been placed. We work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Q: What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
A: If an item in your order is out of stock and not available for pre-order for 2 weeks or more, we will refund the cost of that item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will notify you of any such issues.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Yes, local pick-up is an option at our farmers' markets. When placing your order, select the local pick-up option and visit us at the designated farmers' market to collect your order.
