If an extract is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund it. Email andrew@floridashroomking.com and send the bottle back to:

Return postage is yours. We refund the price of the product once it reaches us.

Fresh mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms are sold at the farmers market for pickup and are never shipped. They are food, so they are not covered by the guarantee above. If something is wrong with what you picked up, tell us at the booth or email us the same week and we will make it right in person.

Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it. We need a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with the reason. Once the return reaches us and we have looked at it, we will refund by the same method you paid with. Refunds usually appear within 7 business days.

Partial refunds

Where an item comes back damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition for reasons that are not our error, we may refund part of the price rather than all of it.
