Our Dehydrated Lion's Mane is made from our fresh Lion's Mane fruiting body, grown in favorable conditions for optimal bio-active compound production, as well as harvested at peak timing. Our Dried Lion's mane is not composed of "B-grades" or overproduction. We grow with intention to provide this product and the fresh lion's mane used for each batch of our Lion's Mane Extract. Lion's Mane possess terpene containing resins that once exposed to storage, will begin to degrade. To maintain the best quality Dried Lion's Mane for you, we air dry at low temperatures.

How to use Dried Lion's Mane

When using our Dried Lion's Mane Mushroom, you can easily reconstitute it with water, wine, marinade or broth then add it to your favorite dish. Let sit in 1 cup of room temp liquid for 20 minutes or until soft before adding it to your recipe. You can also grind up your Dried Lion's Mane fruiting body into Lion's Mane powder and add them to smoothies or other drinks for an extra boost of nutrition throughout the day.
